Sustainability Language collects only the personal information needed to review submissions, verify expertise, keep records secure and respond to requests.

To review contributions, verify expert status, prevent misuse, maintain editorial records and contact contributors about their submissions.
If enabled, Google sign-in is used only to confirm name and email. Public expert attribution still requires editorial acceptance.
Expert names, roles or profile links are shown publicly only after editor acceptance and attribution consent.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing of your personal data. Deletion requests are reviewed against any legal, security or editorial record-keeping need.
