Deletion

Ask us to delete personal information connected to your review, word suggestion, collaborator interest or content report.

Ask for a copy of personal information we hold about you and the status of your submission.

Ask us to correct your name, role, organisation, profile link, expertise or attribution preference.

Ask us to pause public attribution or restrict use of your submission while a concern is reviewed.

Email the request from the address used for the submission, or include enough information for us to identify the record.

Include: your name, email, the relevant term, request type and any submission date or profile link you used.

Some records may be anonymised instead of deleted where a minimal editorial or security record is needed.

Data minimisation: the review form asks only for identity, expertise, term and evidence needed to assess a submission.

Purpose limitation: review data is used for editorial review, expert verification, security and contributor communication.

Access control: intake records are private and restricted to authorised editorial or administrative reviewers.

Deletion path: personal data can be deleted or anonymised by email/profile/user id, with status recorded internally.

Public attribution control: expert details are public only after editor acceptance and attribution consent.
